Contract Manufacturing

In situations involving high variability in orders, outsourcing part of the production process to a flexible external subcontractor can be highly beneficial. Our ability to rapidly respond to changing production conditions—through the flexible adjustment of necessary human resources within a designated segment of the production process—enables significant cost reduction, improved efficiency, and enhanced project execution reliability. This service is provided on the client’s premises using their machinery and equipment.

Our key responsibilities include:

  • technical and engineering support
  • provision, preparation, and training of qualified personnel
  • assembly execution according to the production schedule
  • management of the designated production area
  • KPI achievement and monitoring

We offer manual supplementary assembly, sub-assembly involving the preparation of assembly kits for the client’s main production process, as well as comprehensive final assembly. In both the supplementary and final assembly variants, the process is carried out using consigned components and parts from various suppliers, at dedicated workstations tailored to specific operations. For serial production, we offer the design and manufacture of tools and fixtures to automate the assembly process.

We perform:

  • final assembly of household appliances and consumer electronics
  • assembly of components for various applications
  • wiring harness integration

Final assembly services are delivered at the client’s site, while supplementary and sub-assembly can also be carried out at our own facilities. When performed in-house, we additionally provide storage of components and finished products, along with distribution and Just In Time deliveries based on client orders.

In-plant logistics

As part of our in-plant logistics service, we provide internal transport directly supporting production logistics and technological processes. We move materials, raw materials, and loads associated with production over short distances, which vary depending on the size of the production facility, spatial layout, and the location of technical infrastructure. This process takes place between production departments, warehouses, and storage zones. These activities are complemented by warehouse transport services, including receiving and dispatching loads, as well as moving and locating them within designated storage areas.

Our operations are focused on providing a highly flexible transport process. This flexibility involves adapting the material and raw material flow to the production process, which is critical for manufacturing plants that operate with short production runs and a high variety of products. We place strong emphasis on ensuring the right material is delivered at the right time, in the right place, and in the correct quantity.

To perform the service, we use in-plant transport equipment and vehicles provided either by the client or from our own fleet. We have experience and qualified operators capable of handling a wide range of industrial trucks and in-plant vehicles.

After-sales service & refurbishment

As part of our refurbishment service, we manage post-sales repair and disassembly of household appliances, consumer electronics, and refrigeration equipment from various brands. The service is provided at our own facility — a Class A warehouse with a surface area of 1,800 m² located in Ożarów Mazowiecki. Using TV receivers as an example, the service is divided into several distinct stages:

Stage 1

Managing the database of all TV receivers withdrawn from the market. This includes verifying and updating data related to each unit. We are also responsible for accurately identifying the type of defect and determining its root cause. Our technicians thoroughly examine all functionalities of the television to diagnose existing faults. Their expertise, combined with the use of appropriate diagnostic equipment, enables them to identify the cause of the malfunction and recommend the necessary corrective actions to restore full functionality.

Stage 2

Dismantling of older TV models. Each unit is fully disassembled, and all components are sorted into waste categories in accordance with the BDO (Database on Products and Packaging and Waste Management) system and disposed of in compliance with current regulations. Original, functional parts that are removed are labeled and stored. We are responsible for ensuring that each recovered component is 100% operational, which is why all such parts undergo thorough testing.

Stage 3

Repair of defective TVs. Television repairs are carried out by replacing faulty components. All replacement parts used are original and brand new.

Stage 4

TV testing. All fully functional TVs, as well as those repaired, undergo testing to verify their operational status. During these tests, the current software version is checked and routinely updated to the latest release.

All operations performed on each unit are logged in the Dynamics 365 or eLyseo system. This allows us to retrieve the complete history of actions carried out on any TV set at any time.

The majority of our operations involve repair. After a thorough diagnosis and identification of the root cause, the repair process begins. Our repair strategy is based on component replacement rather than refurbishment or reworking. All replaced components are brand new and original. Typical replacements include:

  • backlight replacement
  • faulty mainboard replacement
  • panel replacement
  • power supply replacement
  • COF repair and replacement
  • and many others

In Poland, only a few highly specialized TV service centers possess the expertise and equipment required to replace or rework electrical connections such as “Chip on Flex.” Damage to these connections typically results in colored lines on the screen. We have the proper tools and know-how to perform such repairs on TVs, monitors, and mobile phones. Our technology also supports the assembly of other types of interconnects, including:

  • Flex on Glass (FOG)
  • Chip on Glass (COG)
  • Flex on Board (FOB)
  • Flex on Flex (FOF)
  • Chip on Board (COB)

Possible component types include:

  • PCB (Printed Circuit Boards)
  • FPC (Flexible Printed Circuits)

Possible substrates include:

  • PCB (Printed Circuit Boards)
  • FPC (Flexible Printed Circuits)
  • LCD panels (glass)

Electrical connections are made using ACF (Anisotropic Conductive Film) tapes. ACF is a thin film (10–50µm) containing a layer of epoxy or acrylic adhesive, filled with evenly dispersed polymer balls coated with nickel or gold. The diameter of these particles varies depending on several factors. ACF technology is widely used to bond LCD panels to flexible PCBs or to connect printed circuits in various configurations.

These connections are standard in nearly all mass-produced electronic devices, such as smartphones, LCD TVs, laptops, tablets, and OLED displays. ACF also enables the unique capability to create electrical connections to ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) contacts applied to the glass surface of LCD panels.

After the repair process, each TV undergoes comprehensive testing covering all possible functionalities. Before testing begins, the software is updated to the latest version. Tests include:

  • HV test
  • DVB-T and DVB-S reception tests
  • audio volume testing
  • image testing with test patterns and dynamic video
  • WI-FI testing
  • 3-hour live test
  • full port functionality testing
  • visual inspection

Test results are reported to the client in real-time. As we operate in a multinational environment, communication is carried out in English, French, and German. We continue to grow in this area of service, and new projects based on similar principles are already on the horizon. Currently, we are launching a post-sales repair and disassembly program for soundbars of a globally recognized brand.

Recruitment
& temporary employment

As part of our broad range of industrial services, we also offer employee leasing and temporary staffing solutions, including the recruitment of workers of Nepalese and Indian origin from South Asia, as well as Vietnamese and Indonesian workers from Southeast Asia. We have extensive experience in recruiting employees from Asia while fully complying with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employment and residence in Poland.

When recruitment within the Polish labor market is difficult or unfeasible, we assist in sourcing available, motivated candidates. We offer comprehensive services that cover both candidate selection—based on verified qualifications—and the completion of all legal formalities required under Polish law.

We guarantee flexibility and the ability to quickly adjust the staffing level to meet current needs during:

  • seasonal production fluctuations
  • employee absences and leave periods
  • high turnover or shortages of both unskilled and skilled labor

As part of our workforce outsourcing and temporary employment services, we provide:

  • recruitment (a thoroughly verified database of potential candidates, including specialists and general laborers)
  • temporary employment (in compliance with the Act of 9 July 2003 on the employment of temporary workers, including the latest amendments)

Our services are comprehensive and include the entire process of sourcing the most suitable candidates, including foreign nationals. For non-Polish workers, we ensure legal employment based not only on declarations of work assignment but primarily on voivodeship work permits. We also independently carry out the legalization process of employment and residence through residence card procedures. Additionally, we provide accommodation, transportation, ongoing support, and assistance from a bilingual coordinator.

Our deep understanding of the Polish labor market, combined with an experienced team, enables us to effectively respond to the dynamic demands of recruitment and temporary staffing.

Copacking

Packing, labeling, and palletizing — we pack products into individual units according to specifications, following the initial unpacking and separation of homogeneous bulk units, along with their palletization. The packing process can be extended to include tasks such as equipment kitting. Upon request, we can provide high-quality packaging that ensures adequate protection of the entrusted products during storage and transport. We work with a wide network of packaging material suppliers and can develop custom packaging tailored to specific products. We perform labeling of individual products, bulk packaging, multipacks, shrink packs, boxes, cartons, and pallets using stickers and labels, all according to the client’s requirements.

We handle order-based shipment preparation by assembling specified items according to the client’s specifications. As part of this service, we integrate into the warehouse process by performing order picking. This involves unpacking and separating homogeneous bulk units (e.g., pallets stored in a warehouse) into groups of individual packages, and then reassembling them — for example, onto a single pallet — in line with the end customer’s order.

Regardless of the client’s industry, we can design and carry out inventory inspections within a defined timeframe to verify the quantity of assets and their sources against order data. We perform detailed physical stocktaking and inventory audits on a specified date. These activities can be carried out manually or automatically using IT tools, supported by electronic devices provided either by the client or from our own resources.

Containment Solutions

Containment solutions involve consolidating operations in a single location, primarily for suppliers delivering products to the Polish market. We provide Containment services at our own facility — a Class A warehouse located in central Poland, in Ożarów Mazowiecki. These services include a wide range of often highly precise manual tasks performed by our skilled staff. In addition to quality control, product rework, and assembly, the service also encompasses:

  • Warehousing and logistics – Our Class A warehouse facilities are equipped with heating for constant temperature control, dust-free flooring, loading docks, and ground-level access. The premises are secured and monitored 24/7 and insured against fire and theft. Parking is available for both passenger and freight vehicles. We maintain long-term partnerships with trusted courier and transport companies, allowing us to offer competitive rates for both domestic and international shipments.
  • Order fulfillment – We process orders by picking and packing the specified SKUs and quantities in accordance with customer specifications. Deliveries are shipped directly to designated recipients, including Just-In-Time (JIT) shipments.

Our Containment services provide:

  • cost reduction
  • improved supplier performance metrics
  • solutions to storage space limitations for finished goods
  • solutions to space constraints that prevent in-house quality inspection and rework operations at the supplier’s facility
  • access to a stable, experienced team delivering tasks consistently and efficiently
  • real-time, comprehensive reporting on the services performed for the supplier

As an additional benefit, we are ready to modify the scope of our services almost entirely according to the client’s specific needs. We can design, implement, supervise, and continuously develop tailor-made solutions. The final scope, execution procedures, and specifics are always adapted to the client’s individual requirements.
